The Refresh button reloads the existing page, which will display any new emails that have arrived in the ReplyManager system. From time to time the system will refresh the page automatically.
Super Administrators: See Setup: Sections for additional information on automatic refresh settings.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature DOES NOT query the POP3 or IMAP accounts associated with the service. ReplyManager automatically does this within a defaulted time frame. The default is 10 minutes, however, some instances may be configured differently. Please check with an ReplyManager system administrator for details.
Administrators and Super Administrators: See Maintenance: Email Accounts for additional information on manually checking POP Accounts.
Throughout ReplyManager, search fields are located at the top of the page. The search function searches the subject, from, and content fields of each email. Searches default to “All folders” when you are NOT viewing a specific folder. If you are inside a specific folder and decide to search all folders for an email, check the “All Folders” box. This box only appears when you are viewing emails within a specific folder.
For a Quick Search, click on the Search Field and type in your search terms. You can enter the ID, subject, email address or partial email address (e.g. tom@ and @thecompany.com). Click on the Search button.
You can also search for specific email by clicking on the linked name at the top of the email you are viewing.
The Advanced search allows you to search for content within the email based on specific criteria that is selected. The more data entered, the more refined the search. To access the Advanced Search function, click on the Search Field. Click on the Go To Advanced Search link that appears under the search field.
Advanced search can also be used to locate deleted email by clicking on Search Deleted at the bottom of the form.
When viewing search results, you can perform bulk operations such as moving selected emails to a folder, delete, etc. See Folders: Email Call to Action for details.
Each list of folders, emails, etc. displays a column header to describe the column contents. Linked headers indicate that the column can be sorted by clicking on the link. The first click will sort the column in Ascending order. The second click in Descending order and so on. A red arrow will appear to note what order your column is sorted in.
ReplyManager utilizes pull down navigation for main topics and subtopics (or folders) in the navigation bar at the top of each page. Folder subtopics show the number of unread emails color coded in red next to each folder name. To view subtopics, mouse over the main topic and click on the subtopic to access. Subtopics can also be accessed by clicking on the main topic in the navigation bar. You can also navigate email threads while viewing a specific email by clicking on the arrow graphics. Grey graphics indicate that option is not available.
You can view different account sections by selecting them from the drop down menu located in the header. This is available for users that have been given access to multiple sections if applicable. Super Administrators can view more on how to configure Sections at Setup: Sections.
If you have a suggestion or comment, you can send your request directly to the support center by completing the Suggestions and Comments form linked at the bottom of each page.
